As a child I thought of God as big and strong,
As a teenager I found I needed Him,
As a young adult I asked His guidance,
In middle-age I surrendered my imperfection,
Now I’m begging Him to hold me and keep me steadfast.
I know God is able and I’m not!
I know God is stable and I need this.
Thank You, Father, for our journey,
I’m blessed to have You by my side!
